Your two best assets are YOU and YOUR AUDIENCE.
Even for me, I find it really hard to balance the two properly.
You end up in a situation where you want to serve your audience, BUT you’re losing brain cells and sleep over it.
Striking the balance is a big challenge…
But in the long run, it’s totally worth it.
STEP #1: TAKE CARE OF YOUR AUDIENCE
I have always said: Instagram is the ultimate relationship building platform.
Without listening to your audience, you can easily lose the direction in your content.
For that, engaging with your audience through Instagram Direct Messages (DM’s) is SO important!
BUT I found that answering DM’s on my phone became slower and less efficient.
That’s why I compiled the desktop apps for Mac AND PC that allows you to respond to your messages on your computer.

By answering your DM’s from a computer, I have opened up a LOT of time to create the content my audience WANTS.
But being accessible to your audience does NOT mean you become another Google.
Besides taking care of your customers, you have to take care of yourself.
STEP 2: SET YOUR ONLINE BOUNDARIES
These boundaries are important not only for you, but when your business has clients, students, or customers PAYING for your advice, you will need to learn when and how to draw the line.
But no one wants to come off as a jerk who is hoarding all the secrets to themselves.
And no one wants to go on Instagram feeling super anxious over opening their messages.
I break down the ways I respond to my audience while respecting my paid clients, and most importantly, respecting my own mental health.
Consider this your reminder that your mental health is something super important, and you are the only one who can prioritize it.
