Success Tips for New Entrepreneurs (Outsourcing and Money Management)

Here are my biggest fears when I started as a new entrepreneur:

Wasted time and wasted money.

Both are VERY common things you encounter when you’re starting a business.

I want you to learn from ME and the mistakes I made.

That way, you can focus on being a boss and bringing SUCCESS to your life.

RESOURCE 1: STOP WASTING YOUR MONEY

When you’re starting a business, you’ll hear people telling you to buy courses, invest in mentors, outsource… just buy all these things!

But in reality…

You might not have money in your bank account.

Trust me, I have been there where it felt so uncomfortable to invest in my business knowing that nothing was coming in at the beginning.

BUT I was feeling guilty knowing that in order to grow my business, I would need to spend some money.

Here I break down my top tips on how I managed to save money to invest in the necessary software and people to scale my business from 0 to 6-figures.

P.S. Some of it might not be pretty, but it’s definitely necessary!

In that video I briefly mentioned hiring the right people to help you out…

Next, I’m going to talk about a KEY person who made a huge difference in my business.

RESOURCE 2: HIRING YOUR FIRST VIDEO EDITOR

The beauty of hiring an expert is that you’re hiring their skills and efficiency.

The video that would take me 5 hours to edit, they can edit in much less.

And more importantly, it frees up 5 hours of MY TIME that I can dedicate to other parts of my business that I love.

This resource not only covers budgeting and how to find the best video editor, but also the best practices in working with a video editor, including communication and exactly how I brief them.

I know this resource is PACKED with info, but don’t forget these are always free for you to access and revisit anytime.

So while you’re leveling up your business or your content, you can always bookmark this page and come back anytime.

It never hurts to be more prepared, so shout out to you for taking the initiative to learn and keep growing.

Have an amazing week, Boss.
