I worked with a consultant on my @thebossgramacademy webinar slides for the first time this year, but my webinar was struggling to convert.

At first, I was extremely frustrated.

But when things aren’t going smoothly during a launch, it’s important to stay calm.

This doesn’t mean your launch is a failure.

This gives you a chance to look at the data you have collected and see where you can make some improvements.

The 3 tweaks I shared above only took me less than 30 minutes total to do.

Remember: Sometimes all it takes is a 1% improvement to make a HUGE difference.
